-Plan, Design & prep your event
-Text and email consultations as needed
-One hour rehearsal
-Setup/breakdown of ceremony and reception decor
-Decorating guest, sweetheart, sign-in, cake/dessert & favor tables
-Remove and pack all personal décor to be taken by the couple or their designee
-Oversee all timeline details day of and coordinate bridal party
-Ensure all vendors have received a final timeline and coordinate with them day of your event
-Meet at the venue 4 weeks prior to discuss seating, timeline, and decor.
-Text/email consultations as needed.
-*Includes 1 hour rehearsal.
-Setup/breakdown of simple ceremony and reception decor provided by client.
-Put linens on all tables
-Arrange centerpieces & able décor (all centerpieces must be assembled).
-Decorating the space according to your vision.
-Decorating sweetheart, sign-in, cake/dessert, guest & favor tables.
-Remove/pack all personal decor to be taken by couple or their designee.
We are available to handle basic Day of Time Management. We will be at your venue for 10 hours on the day of your event. We will guide your vendors, bridal party, etc. to stay on schedule.
We have a selection of decor for your event. We have the traditional multi-level clear cylinders, lanterns, pillars, votives and tea light candles. We also have eucalyptus garlands for your tables, signage, etc.
We can help you with all of your linen needs as well. From basic polyester, satin to sophisticated styles such as velvet and pin-tuck. Table covers, chair covers, arch draping, napkins, etc. Let us know exactly what you are looking for and we can do our best to make it happen.
At Simply Chic Events we have an amazing network of vendors who we work with and recommend to make your day as smooth as possible. As we continue to grow so does our list of vendors.
*Rehearsal included for all events within 25 miles of 33511. Anything outside of this range will have an additional travel fee. *All linen orders must be placed at least 4 weeks in advance. *Prices shown are subject to change at any time.

Blue Water Catering is a full service catering company that started with two best friends and a passion for great food and creativity! Heather and Jim have over 20 years in the catering and event industry between them and that shows in their attention to detail. They cater all types of events big or small, from backyard BBQs, corporate functions, birthday parties, holiday themed events, to the elegant wedding and everything in between.
Each of these bouquets were made using wood flowers. Each flower was hand painted or airbrushed to give them a realistic appearance.

We will be at your venue for 8 hours on the day of your event. We will guide you, your bridal party, and vendors to stay on schedule. Assist in the setup and take care of the last minute touch-ups as well as help you pack your personal items after the party!
